Codegear Newsgroups Changes & Instructions |

Due to major server issues last week, the long running newsgroups for Codegear will no longer be running. That being said, Embarcadero has sped up the beta launch of their new community forums that are much like the prior newsgroups, with some pruning of some very old or non-useful groups.
The forums are newsreader accessable or web client useable. Newsreaders- To post, you MUST use your Embaradero / Codegear Developer account username and password.
- Due to current issues, if your username contains a space... then you will need to have that changed to a single user name.
- Point your newsgroup reader to forums.codegear.com (redirects to proper place)
- For posting, check that the server requires login and enter your CDN info
- Do NOT check Log On Using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)
- The server port must connect using SSL at the default port 563
